Fettle Wellness Inc was founded on a simple observation: the Ohioans most in need of health education had the least access to it. We exist to close that gap—not through charity, but through real local infrastructure.

Low income in Ohio shouldn't mean low access to health knowledge. The barriers are concrete: no nearby clinic, no trusted source, no time, no interpreter, no one who showed up before. Fettle was built to address those barriers directly.
We measure success by whether the people we serve actually get what they need—not by attendance numbers or grant optics. Accountability means changing what isn't working.

Every program starts with listening. We work alongside local educators, healthcare advocates, and community members to understand what's actually missing—then build from that, not from a national template.
